Control Resonant separates visual-effect switches from their rendering resolution
Remedy's support guide distinguishes five effects that can be disabled from a resolution option with a performance cost and a DLSS Ray Reconstruction restriction.

Control Resonant separates the choice to display visual effects from the resolution used to render them. Remedy's support guide places both controls under Options, Graphics and Post Processing, giving players two different ways to alter presentation.
Motion blur, depth of field, lens distortion, film grain and vignetting can each be switched off. The guide recommends disabling effects individually to identify which one makes the image uncomfortable or difficult to follow, rather than treating the group as a single preset.
Post Processing Resolution is a separate trade-off. Render Resolution follows the game's internal rendering resolution. Display Resolution renders supported effects at full display resolution for higher image quality at a greater performance cost; that choice is disabled when DLSS Ray Reconstruction is enabled.
The distinction helps explain the game's menu, but supplies no measured frame-rate gain. Remedy advises returning to Render Resolution if performance falls.
