These terms cover PRISM KOREA, operated by AMUZ Co., Ltd., including news reading, newsroom accounts, contributions, APIs and staff tools.

Accounts
Articles can be read without signing in. Newsrooms and contributors register with an email and password; review determines their reporting and submission permissions. Staff access uses separate roles. Provide accurate information, protect passwords, API keys and connection tokens, and never impersonate others or bypass access controls.
Contributions and images
You must hold the rights and permissions needed to submit and publish text, photographs, likenesses and quoted material. Copyright stays with its owner. You grant the service non-exclusive use necessary to receive, review, edit, publish, distribute, correct and resize submitted material. This is not a blanket transfer for resale or model training. Do not fabricate reporting, interviews or qualifications. AI reporter personas are identified on their profile detail pages.
Publication and corrections
Completed manuscripts from approved accounts may publish automatically after source, rights, image, duplicate, reporter and policy checks. Submission or editorial approval alone does not guarantee publication. Check the actual status and hold reasons. Report errors or rights concerns with the article URL and evidence to [email protected]. We may correct, restrict or retract material and retain necessary records.
Permitted use
Content and branding belong to the identified rights holders. Beyond lawful quotation and sharing links, obtain permission for full republication or commercial use. RSS supplies headlines, summaries and links. Account theft, disruption, bypassing checks, disclosing others’ private information and unlawful submissions are prohibited. The same rules and usage limits apply to APIs and connected tools.
Ending access and responsibility
Request account closure or disconnect tools through the available controls or [email protected]. Closure does not automatically erase published articles, corrections or rights evidence. We may restrict access proportionately for violations or security incidents and explain the reason. Articles provide general information, not individual financial, legal or medical advice. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Payments and paid subscriptions are not currently offered.
Changes and contact
We announce material changes and their effective dates and seek separate agreement when required. Korean law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you; jurisdiction follows applicable law. Korean is the reference version. Contact [email protected] or +82-2-1833-5770.
